Floatify Lockscreen 11.61

I recently tried Floatify, a lockscreen and heads-up notification app for Android. However, I was disappointed to find that it no longer works on Android Oreo or Pie.

Despite this setback, Floatify offers a range of features that may still be useful for users on older versions of Android. The app includes an Android O-style lockscreen with a blurred background, quick messages, and toggles. It also has a QuickReply feature that allows you to send messages directly from the notification. Additionally, Floatify's DirectReply feature lets you send predefined messages without typing.

One standout feature of Floatify is its ability to mark messages as read, which is exclusive to this app. Users can also activate the Mini Heads-up function if they prefer a less intrusive notification experience. The Smart Wake feature is another handy addition, automatically turning on the screen when you pick up your phone.

Floatify also offers premium themes, allowing users to customize their lockscreen with themes inspired by Android Nougat, iOS 10, and more.

Other notable features include the ability to expand notifications, customize notification interaction settings, and set quiet hours for uninterrupted phone use. The app also provides various customization options for backgrounds, animations, icons, and text.

Floatify supports popular messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Threema, Skype, and more for its QuickReply and Mark as Read features. However, it's worth noting that the app is no longer actively developed due to restrictions imposed by Google on showing content over the lockscreen or status bar in Android Oreo.
